How to book your stay?
The easiest and fastest way to book your room is through the apartment booking system, which can be found on this website in the “reservation” section.
Booking system shows the online availability. Green boxes indicate available dates, on the other hand, the red ones show the booked dates. After completing and sending the form you will get a voucher on your email, which is the confirmation of the reservation. If the copy of your order hasn´t been received, you have probably not submitted the form or entered your email address incorrectly.

Can I book my room by phone?
Sure. Don´t hesitate to contact us on our cell: +420 725 444 444 and we will be helpful in everything.

How much do I pay for accommodation?
Approximate price list is to be found on this website in the “price list” section. The exact price will be counted at online reservations.

What is included in the price?
In the price there already are included all fees, taxes and VAT as well as the consumption of energy, water and cleaning. The price is therefore final.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Credit card payment is possible. It is also possible to pay by an agreed cashless bank wire to the hotel. After sending billing information we will send you an invoice with the additional text according to your requirements.

Can the reception require a refundable deposit per room/apartment?
In exceptional cases the deposit may be required on arrival, eg. during booking more rooms or the whole hotel. The deposit is refundable upon departure and any caused damage is deducted from it. The guest is always informed about the deposit in advance.

When can I check in at the hotel?
Accomodation of new guests starts at 2pm. If you come in the morning, it is possible to leave your car parked in front of the apartments and your things can be stored in the reception. You can come to stay after 2pm.

Is it possible to check in sooner than 2pm?
If it is possible, we will oblige.

When do I have to check out?
On the day of your leave you can stay in the rooms and apartments till 10am. We hope that you will like it here and you won´t hurry home. For these cases we have prepared a possibility for you to leave your luggage at the reception. This service is completely FREE.

Can I get a discount for accommodation?
Children under 3 years and children sleeping in bed with parents are free.

Where can I park my car?
There is a fenced parking lot with automatic gate and security camera right next to the hotel. Shot from the camera is transmitted to the front desk guarded by our staff. Each apartment has a reserved parking space. Parking is FREE.

What is the equipment of the apartment?
The apartment is equipped with modern furniture. In the bedrooms there is a double bed, satellite LCD TV with an offer of 150 Czech and foreign programmes, a wardrobe, shelves and bedside tables. The bedroom has enough space for a cot. The large living room has a dining table with chairs, wardrobes, shelves and a coffee table. In bathrooms there is shower, WC and a washbasin. All rooms are entered from the corridor with a coat rack and a shoe rack.

What to bring with you to the apartment?
In the apartment there is all the necessary equipment. Of course there is bed linen and toiletries. A children´s highchair is available for children. All you need to take with you are your personal items.

How is the kitchen equipped?
In the apartment kitchen there is two- or four-ring induction hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, cups, cutlery and other kitchen utensils.

Is there an internet connection in the apartments?
The whole area of the hotel has a Wi-Fi internet connection. The access is always FREE for all the hotel guests.

Can I connect to the internet by my own laptop?
Yes, access is possible via your laptop or any other device that supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connection.

Are there any restaurants around Paradise Resort Vanesa?
Currently, there are four quality restaurants within 300 metres far from the hotel, which can offer all from fast food to a daily menu.

Can I cook in the apartment?
Each room has a kitchenette for preparing cold dishes or for heating food in a microwave oven. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils (plates, bowls, glasses, cups, baby dishes, teapots, etc.), microwave, fridge, freezer and a kettle.
